August 2019 Project Management Career Night

Everything you always wanted to know about the PMP Exam

The Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification is the most highly regarded credential in the profession. World-wide, there are more than 825,000 PMPs®, and it is one of the most common requirements in project manager job descriptions.

There is only one path to obtaining this credential: You have to pass the PMP® exam.

That is easier said than done, which leads to the inevitable question: Should I take the PMP® exam? This question prompts a series of other questions:

  • Am I qualified?
  • How do I apply?
  • What is the best way to prepare?
  • What impact will the PMP® have on my career?

If any of these questions are on your mind, or you have others, join us for this panel discussion dedicated to PMP® exam preparation.

We have been helping students launch and accelerate successful project management careers for more than 25 years. Every year, through our Intensive PMP Exam Preparation course, we guide more than 150 students through the exam application and preparation process with a high degree of success.

Come expand what you know about the exam and its potential to impact your career. You’ll hear from a panel of experts and students who have completed our prep course. They'll share their insights on how to qualify and how to best prepare. Learn from students about what helped them succeed, what advice they give to others taking the exam and what they’ve experienced in their post-exam careers.
