Tommaso is a serial entrepreneur with two exits and a founding partner at awesm Ventures, a Silicon Valley–based early stage investment firm. He is a UC Berkeley faculty member and author of How to Growth Hack Your Startup. Tommaso speaks six languages and is a frequent keynote speaker.

Juan Felipe Campos serves as Partner and VP of Technology at Manos Accelerator via Google Launchpad in San Francisco. He graduated his company, NomadApp, from the largest accelerator in the world, Plug and Play Tech Center, and the Go Silicon Valley program. Juan helps run the digital marketing community in Silicon Valley with more than 20,000 members. He teaches Growth Hacking at UC Berkeley Extension and serves on Argentina’s Examining Board of Tech Accelerators (+$34 multi-million USD fund). Venture-backed clients include Admix and Fiverr. His companies have been featured in major publications including Entrepreneur, Huffington Post Magazine and Forbes.

Rinoti Amin is a senior marketing professional with a deep passion for growing marketing functions to drive new acquisition and lifecycle engagement for consumer and SMB merchants across 150-plus countries. Her experience includes spearheading PayPal’s digital marketing and strategy function for the Latin America region, where she has implemented growth-hacking techniques for acquisition and engagement. As a growth marketer with a talent for creating experiences that focus on delighting the customer, she enjoys partnering with product, analytics and engineering to bring an Agile hypothesis-driven testing mindset to the marketing function.

Holly drives growth via digital marketing globally at Slack. Previously, she led growth at Google Store, taking Google’s e-commerce flagship for hardware devices from stealth mode to global launch in 24 countries. She has also advised on go-to-market and innovation strategies for Fortune 500 companies at Deloitte Consulting and A.T. Kearney.

Head of Business Operations and Partnerships, Sturfee

Sheng Huang is the Head of Business Operations at Sturfee, a computer-vision company that created the world’s first city-scale visual positioning service (VPS). Prior to Sturfee, he was an early member of Niantic Labs, helping the company scale user operations to support millions on Ingress. Before Niantic, Sheng was part of the strategy team at Google’s internal incubator for local products such as Wallet, Offers and indoor maps. Sheng received his M.B.A. at the London Business School and undergraduate business and legal degrees from UC Berkeley.
