Companies are simply organized collections of people—they react in response to intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Effective salary negotiators understand how to frame the discussion in a way that addresses both sources of motivation, not only for themselves but also in ways that address the company's perspectives.
In this interactive session, you will learn common negotiating techniques, gain better clarity around the interests of the hiring company and leave with concrete steps for negotiation planning.
