Instructor Doug Wittnebel Shows Off His iPad Air Art

Instructor Doug Wittnebel describes his exhibit, which previously hung on the walls of the San Francisco campus, as follows: "Outside and inside of my work life at Gensler and my teaching life at UC Berkeley Extension, I try to find those valuable moments to draw and paint and sketch the events, spaces, environments and unique moments from my travels and journeys."

Nineteen illustrations created using an iPad Air. Software for drawing and painting: Adobe Ideas, Adobe Illustrator Draw, Brushes Redux, Autodesk SketchBook, Procreate, Inspire Pro.

Doug Wittnebel, M.Arch., is a principal and design director at Gensler Oakland. As an architect, he has more than 30 years of experience working in multiple countries across a number of practice areas.
