May 26 Online Event: How to Negotiate the New Work-Life Balance
The traditional workplace began changing rapidly in the latter part of the 2010s—and then the pandemic hit. What began as a gradual change from the 9-to-5 paradigm to an increasingly flexible approach to working styles has morphed into a complete reimagining of how work gets done in all types of businesses.
All of the previous era's protocols and frameworks aren't realistic and so we are now tasked finding out what does work. This leaves room for an unprecedented opportunity to negotiate a highly individualized workplace experience.
In this interactive workshop, you will hear stories about expectations of the new workplace, gain confidence in asking for changes in policy, and learn techniques to negotiate your work-life balance.
