Beyond Academics

Fancy a site visit to your dream company?

Today I’m going to tell you more about professional experience outside the Berkeley Haas Global Access Program (BHGAP) classroom!

Studying in BHGAP is never just limited to classrooms, although the classroom experiences are truly fantastic and mind-blowing. What makes BHGAP unique is that it provides students opportunities to personally experience and be immersed in leading businesses, through company site visits! And with the help of BHGAP, I’ve visited quite a few interesting companies, including but not limited to Skydeck, WeWork, LinkedIn and various others.

Bay Area Companies

WeWork was my personal favorite. It has been one of the fastest growing shared-space companies, and its mission really resonates with me: “Create a world where people work to make a life, not just a living.” Getting firsthand insight on what they do is absolutely exciting!

Are you a LinkedIn user? Are you curious about the company that has increasingly become part of your career and professional life? BHGAP offers the opportunity to visit LinkedIn’s headquarters to explore it in person! The beautiful environment and warm-hearted staff left such a positive impression of this company.
